By continuing to use GiftscardShop, you ("Client") acknowledge that you have read and accept the Terms, as well as the Privacy Policy, when purchasing services and products from GiftscardShop.

User: Any person who registers and uses the Platform.

Seller: User who posts gift cards for sale.

Buyer: User who purchases gift cards.

Gift Card: Electronic gift card from any store or provider.

Wallet: Virtual USDT account associated with each User.

Users must be of legal age and provide truthful and complete information during registration.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, mobile phone verification with OTP, and presentation of a document proving ownership of the phone number are required to operate on the Platform.

Users can post gift cards for sale or purchase gift cards posted by other Users.

Sellers are responsible for the authenticity and validity of the gift cards they post.

Buyers must pay the agreed price and use the gift card according to the conditions established by the Platform.

Users can rate and comment on their buying and selling experiences with other Users.

A User's reputation is based on the ratings and comments received.

Each User has a USDT Wallet to make purchases on the Platform.

When a Buyer makes a purchase, the amount corresponding to the price of the gift card is frozen until the Buyer marks the gift card as applied or used correctly.

The Platform actively collaborates in the resolution of disputes between Users, employing sophisticated mechanisms to determine which party has applied the gift card.

To ensure accuracy in dispute resolution, Users are strongly encouraged to use the screen recording mechanism provided by the Platform and apply the gift card code immediately. When a User clicks on "Reveal Code" to access the gift card code, they will be asked if they want to start recording their screen.

By choosing to record, the recording process will start automatically. The User must quickly and clearly show how they apply the gift card code. This recording is crucial for resolving disputes, as it provides visual evidence of the card's use.

While screen recording is an important tool, it is not the only mechanism used to verify if the gift card has been used. The Platform employs a combination of technologies and procedures to ensure a fair and accurate resolution of disputes.

Additionally, we have a user reputation system, which allows rating and commenting on buying and selling experiences. These mechanisms make GiftscardShop a secure and reliable platform for the exchange of gift cards.

The Platform offers a module for the immediate sale of gift cards, posted directly by the Platform.

Under this modality, GiftscardShop is the owner of the gift card and is responsible for delivering the digital product.

This modality is fully backed by the Platform, so it is a secure purchase option, guaranteeing the user that the gift card has the corresponding balance.

Upon payment, the card is instantly released to the Buyer.

The Platform and its content are owned by GiftscardShop.

Users cannot use the Platform's content without prior authorization.

We will not make indemnifications or refunds to users when they are related to the p2p exchange of gift cards on the platform.

Gift cards offered under the instant sale modality cannot be refunded.

The Platform reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Venezuela.

Any dispute or controversy will be submitted to the competent courts of Venezuela.
